I had an amazing brunch experience at Eiffel Tower Restaurant in Las Vegas. The atmosphere and view overlooking the Bellagio fountains made the whole experience feel special from the moment we sat down. The food was outstanding—everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was attentive, professional, and made us feel welcomed the entire time. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing brunch, celebration, or just enjoying the Vegas strip with an incredible view. Definitely a place I’ll return to.

Absolutely incredible dining experience at Eiffel Tower Las Vegas! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable and every detail felt elegant and special. The decor creates the perfect romantic atmosphere, and the view of the Bellagio fountains was truly phenomenal. Easily one of the best places in Las Vegas for a romantic dinner. The food quality was superior from start to finish. The sea bass was outstanding… perfectly cooked and full of flavor. And the salmon was equally amazing. Portions were absolutely perfect for us. We split a dinner salad (if there was one place for improvement I felt like the salad was good but it was too simplistic for the price point. It was literally mixed greens, sunflower seeds and vinaigrette. In the real world there was maybe $1.00 of ingredients used) that been said we each had an entrée, and still left completely satisfied. Do not pass up the baguette bowl. It was unbelievable! We also loved the potatoes au gratin, although honestly I’d almost suggest skipping them only because the rest of the meal is so filling in the best way possible. Ending the night with the soufflé was the perfect finish to an unforgettable dinner. Every course exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an upscale, romantic Vegas dining experience!

We are kindly put at a table with the best view. The food is fabulous! Both taste and style. The service is perfect. Everything you expect from Paris, they did it all, even better. The price for brunch is a real great deal. I think everyone should take this chance and enjoy this beauty! Ms. Anastasia is the best!!!

Wow! The Eiffel Tower restaurant graces its guests with savoir-faire, doing all the right things at the right time, with elegance, style, and of course, flavor. It is among the best restaurants in Vegas, where there’s a plethora of excellence. The surprises begin the moment you arrive at the elevator, where you are greeted with class by a most pleasant staff member, not just at the elevator entrance but in the elevator, too. Speaking of the elevator, I will make the bet you haven’t been in one shaped like it. From those early moments, you know you are in for a unique experience where the entirety of the classy Eiffel Tower staff does its utmost to create wonderful atmospherics and food. I took the option of sitting by the window that faces the Bellagio for the extraordinary fountain show out the window. It was absolutely worth it. I also had a rose set on the table with the Eiffel Tower cookbook, which added to the beginnings of the meal, which hadn’t even begun. Though you have to pay for the bread serving, but it’s worth it because it has it savory French butter that you know may be familiar with The wine list is pretty extra extraordinary and there’s a sommelier eager to help you make a choice that elevates your meal. The chef will send out a little treat and for us. It was a cold cucumber mash. Delicious. The Caesar salad. OMG. For a Caesar salad snob such as myself – – I keep a list of places to go for Caesar salad salads – – I was flabbergasted. The anchiovies are served in a warm oil in a small cooking pot. I’ve never had it served that way and I am delighted to know it’s in the cookbook! The Eiffel Tower, Caesar salad is amongst the best in the world, and I’ve traveled much of it. After the Caesar, I could’ve left on a cloud, but there to my delight there was more. Oh and did I mention the espresso martini! The olive oil poached halibut is a creation, served in a unique Eiffel Tower way that will surprise halibut lovers. Onto dessert. Do try a sou

An exceptional dining experience at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant. The Filet Mignon was cooked to perfection, beautifully tender, flavourful and expertly prepared. The photograph simply does not do it justice. The accompanying dishes and desserts were equally impressive, while the service was polished, attentive and professional throughout. A memorable evening with excellent cuisine, elegant ambience and breathtaking views. Highly recommended for a special occasion in Las Vegas.

A wonderful and unique restaurant. The food was outstanding and the experience was even better. Our Captain, Constantine, made our evening. He is an absolute wine expert and helped select the best bottles of wine for our taste. He had the perfect combination of fine dining expertise and professionalism, paired with a great sense of humor. He even helped us refine the next leg of our trip to Napa, with very helpful tips and recommendations. I highly recommend The Eiffel Tower restaurant and Constantine is a must to enhance your dining experience. Added bonus was window seating with a beautiful view of the strip and Bellagio fountain show.

Beautiful atmosphere — you really feel like you’re dining somewhere special. The views and overall experience make it perfect for a celebration or a memorable dinner. I definitely recommend making a reservation in advance. The food was delicious overall. We especially loved the appetizers — the tuna tartare and the thinly sliced octopus carpaccio were excellent. The langoustines were large and very tasty, and the sea bass as a main course was also outstanding. The only dish that wasn’t my favorite was the duck, which felt a bit dry. Service overall was good, but one small thing slightly affected the experience: our main server was great, but the staff member helping set the table and serve dishes was not very friendly and took away a little from the festive atmosphere. Still, overall it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Came here for dinner to celebrate my birthday. We had a reservation, so we were seated right away even though we were early. We were seated along the windows, having a great view of the Strip. We were provided food and wine menus, and given time to look them over before getting our order in. We ordered a glass of wine each. For an appetizer we ordered the Casco Bay Sea Scallops. For our mail course, we ordered the Slow Roasted Filet of Salmon, the Eifel Tower Beef Wellington, and a side of the Creamy Mash Potatoes. For dessert after hearing the special, we ordered the Pistachio Souffle. Before being poured our wines, we were offered a tasting to ensure it is to our liking. The Sea Scallops came out first. They were cooked really well and were delicious. I was a bit disappointed that it only came with 3 scallops. We then received our main course. The salmon was nicely cooked with a breaded crust. The center was pink and moist; not over cooked. The Beef Wellington looked different than what we expected; shape and unsliced. It was delicious though and met my expectations. As a small surprise, they brought us a mousse, which was good and not overly sweet so to taste the really flavor. Our souffle came out and prepared with the pistachio sauce in front of us. It is probably one of top souffles now. The staff was welcoming, starting at the ground floor at the elevator doors. It continued in the dining area along with being friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is definitely a wonderful feeling. Noise was still good enough to have a private conversation. I would definitely come back again.

I reserved the iconic table 56. The view was so spectacular of my hotel, the Bellagio, and the fountains. The service was incredible. They did a great job of making the evening rememberable. The desserts were so beautiful, too. If you plan to eat here, I highly recommend making reservations, especially for the iconic table 56.

I will eat here again in the future. Great food, beautiful ambiance and views with great service. Starters of Bone marrow and Escargot (not my favorite appetizer but my wife had never had them). The Bone marrow was delicious to say the least and my wife enjoyed the Escargot. Entrees of Halibut and Lamb shank were both a hit. Her fish was very delicate and perfectly seasoned while my shank was so expertly done it nearly fell apart the minute a fork was put to it. Amazing tastes all around so far. I asked the waiter for a lite and subtle desert. He surprises me by bringing out a Champagne Passion Fruit Meringue that was maybe the best dessert I've had in twenty years. The sides of Ratatouille Tian and Classic Potato Gratin were also very worthy of there place on the table. Our server, Wes, a thirteen year veteran at the restaurant, was a pro with the perfect touch and knowledge to elevate our experience. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves great flavors.
